Danny Ocean rounds up the boys for a another heist, after casino owner Willy Bank (Al Pacino) double-crosses Reuben, one of the original eleven. They want revenge this time, not money. Very entertaining. Completely and utterly implausible – but, hey, I’m willing to suspend all belief to be entertained.

Knocked Up

Seth Rogen stars as Ben, an unambitious slob; Katherine Heigl is career-minded Alison. They meet at a bar and you know the rest. The couple has absolutely nothing in common and yet decide to forge a relationship for the baby’s sake. Though I never felt any chemistry between the leads and the movie was implausible (in my opinion), I still thoroughly enjoyed this movie because it was well-written, extremely funny – and it has a heart. The funniest scenes happen when Alison is in her boss’ office and she is given career “advice”. Hilarious.
